Delivery charges are based on the weight of the product ordered and the location for its delivery. The shipping cost will be calculated and shown on the final checkout page before proceeding with the payment. You will have the chance not to place your order if you wish not to.

How long will delivery take?
For order inside of Kuwait: 2-3 working days, Sunday – Thursday.
For international orders: shipping time and cost vary according to location.

Do I get a tracking number to track my order?
If the shipping carrier provides a tracking number, we will update your order with the tracking information.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if:
- The product has not been INTL.D
- The product is in its original shape
- The return/exchange takes place within 4 days from receiving the order
